Andrew Duncan
Andrew Duncan
For Andrew Duncan, success came early in his career, first as a Financial Consultant working in the corporate market and then moving into sales management where he enjoyed rapid promotion through to Sales Director leading a 1500 strong Bancasurance sales force with income generation in excess of £150 million. Although the financial rewards were high, Andrew realised that the personal rewards were not as fulfilling.

In search of something more rewarding and fullfilling Andrew discovered the need for quality attitudinal coaching and corporate transformation within the commercial sector. Working closely with many 'Blue chip' businesses, his client list is impressive: Legal and General, RBS, Scottish Widows Investment Partnerships, Lloyds Banking, Aviva, Nat West, and Young Epilepsy, to name a few. Andrew Duncan is a corporate team coach who helps organisations to achieve performance breakthroughs.

He is a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and provides a fascinating and practical view of how 'Values' and 'Beliefs' work in transforming individuals and team goals that deliver results. Andrews's past work associates and clients speak very highly of him:

"At the end of the assessment we were left with the impression of a particularly well run sales force with a strong sense of direction which has been effectively communicated to all staff. Every employee felt that they know how they can contribute to the business success and that they receive the appropriate development. The degree of managerial effectiveness is some of the best that we have observed during our careers as assessors."
